Dear children, there are moments in your life when you feel totally lost. You have a difficult decision that you are trying to find an answer to. You talk to your friends, you read horoscopes, you try reasoning and the answer just doesn't seem to come to you.
So what should you do?
We are telling you that you already have the answer. Your guides and guardian angel are whispering into your ear things that you need know to make your decision. No dear children, they will not give you an answer that you should follow, no. But they will guide you into thinking what different answers to your situation will mean. Then it is up to you to make the decision. You have free will and we, Beings of Light, always respect that. But with guidance you have received from us your Higher Self will be able to decide which of the possible answers to your question is the one you should follow. This is the correct order of things.
You can access your decision best during meditation or prayer. It is the quiet voice of your soul's wisdom that will let you know what the right course of action is in this particular case. When you have heard the voice, you will know. You might try and change what it is telling you, but deep down you know.
Sometimes you fight the answer because it is not the answer of your ego and your ego demands you to follow only the advice that it is giving you. We ask you be clear about this. Your ego doesn't mind who you hurt in the process of choosing your way, it doesn't shun away from any kind of means. It thinks of only power and money and disregards other values, if there is a conflict. But we tell you that you will know the difference as clearly as night is different from day.

Stop judging yourselves
Dear children, we know that you sometimes feel that you have done something wrong.
We can see some of you tormenting yourselves endlessly over a mistake you feel you made in the past. What is the point of that? Whom does it help that you go over and over the same thing?
We, the angels of Light, ask you to leave things in the past, be they something that you feel you have done wrong or not. They belong in the past.
We can also see you punishing yourselves with harsh words over and over again.
That is no way to go forward. You keep yourselves tied to these unhappy energies and you keep drawing them to you unnecessarily.
We ask you to forgive yourselves. We, the angels, will not judge you or punish you, but you yourselves do.
We ask you to learn what there is to be learned from these things and then leave them be. That way they have served their purpose.
Dear children, we will help you to move on. Connect with us, to get advice and new energy to carry on.

Truly let go of the past
Dear children, many of you live in the past. You find explanations for your behaviour in the past, long gone events. You say, ' I do this because of what happened when I was a child, that's why I am like this'.
We ask you to look for different ways of healing and changing. Many of you have been seeing a counsellor or a therapist for several years. You have understood what has gone wrong in your childhood, but you are still seeing the past as an explanation and reason for what happens in your life today.
We want you to leave the past behind. We want you to change the way you think of the past. We ask you to walk on on your path to Light and see what is happening in your life as something that you, and only you, are responsible for. In other words, please, start wanting to heal and change.
Always finding an explanation for your current behaviour in the past is denying that you are responsible for your own deeds today. It is something that we see as an excuse and avoidance of responsibility.
Dear children, you cannot live in the past any more than you can live in the future, you can only live in the now.
Walking on your path to Light means accepting responsibility for the things that you do now. If you look for reasons and explanations in the past, you keep drawing your energy from these unhappy moments, as you still blame your past for many things in your life. If you live in the now, you can ask and accept our help to you and start experiencing change and having positive thoughts about yourself and the future you are facing. But that does mean leaving the past truly behind. See it as something that you have already learned, gone through, something that has been integrated with your current knowledge of life as you see it and know it, and as something that has brought you understanding, widened your understanding. This way the past and whatever happened in the past will become something that empowers you instead of something that depletes your energy.
Dear children, we, the angels of Light, cannot change what has already happened in your life, but we can help you to change the way you think about these things today. We can help you to heal from the past and we can help you to focus on today and offer you guidance for change on your path to Light when you ask for it.

On loving yourself
We want to speak to those who have trouble with their self image. We see people deeply unhappy about themselves. That is not how it should be. You, children of God, are perfect as you are. You do not need to be displeased about any aspect of yourselves.
We, God's angels, ask you to love yourselves. God loves you all, why shouldn't you?
By not loving yourself you draw negative and disturbing energies to you. By loving yourself you draw more love to you. That is how the laws of the universe work.
Your thoughts are energy and they keep drawing similar energy to the sender, i.e. you. It is as if other people sensed your thoughts, and we tell you that they do.
In fact, other people treat you like you treat yourself.
We ask you to let go of the negativity towards yourself. It is harmful to you. Accept the fact that you, as God's child, are perfect. That will open you up to more love and even more acceptance.
Your ego will tell you different. It will tell you to compare yourself with everybody else and keep finding faults. We tell you that your ego is the most superficial thing in your whole spiritual being, it will not see any further than the image in the mirror and even the physically most beautiful person will hear his or her ego tell him or her that the image is "faulty". But you, our children, as spiritual beings should only listen to what your Higher Self says about all this. And it will tell you to see the perfection in you and will give you plenty of reasons to love yourselves.
We are, of course, not telling you not to look after yourselves or take care of your needs or not live in a healthy way, no. We are only asking you to see the real reasons of why you are perfect. Look to find love, not faults.
Look to find understanding, not reasons to judge. Look to find the divine sparkle in you, not the image your worldly magazines seek to portray.
What good is an empty soul wrapped up in the most expensive and delicate silk of the world in the hour of need?
Seek to understand what is important. Seek to know your soul and let it teach you to love yourself.

Release your fear
Dear children, we see many of you walking around with fear in your heart.
Fear is something that will keep you from trusting anybody, it will make you cut down on the things that you used to do, it will affect your stress level and it will make you utterly miserable. Fear will also keep you from walking your path of Light.
Fear is not only bad for your physical health, it is also bad for your mental health.
Today we, the angels of Light, are asking you to release your fear. You can do so by talking to your own guardian angel and asking for his/ her help. It will be a process, so do not be alarmed, if the fear you have felt for a long time, doesn't disappear overnight, but we assure you, it will gradually leave you alone and you will regain your sense of security.
Most of you treat fear as a companion. You are so used to having it in your life that you think it is normal to feel like that. It is not. When you walk the path of Light, you can walk it without fear, as you will be protected by your heavenly guardians.
Take the first step of releasing your fear today. Work with your guardian angel today and the next day and the next day till you notice that your fear has gradually subsided and been replaced by peace and calm.
We, the angels of light, will be there to help you with your guardian angel and you will know life without fear, as you are meant to. Be blessed our dear children.

On your lessons
We, the beings of Light, look at you with great warmth and understanding. Our sole purpose is to help you advance on your path to Light, i.e. the path that your soul has chosen for you before your incarnation on this planet. Your parents and your surroundings were carefully chosen to provide you with the best possible opportunities to learn the lessons you have come here to learn. Although you have free will to choose your own path while you're here, your lessons still remain the same. That is why some of the situations you frequently find yourself in remain the same until you learn the lesson they are trying to teach you. Some of you might see a recurring pattern in your relationships, others face the same challenges at work time after time. And things will stay this way, until you finally choose to learn the lesson in them.
Why does it have to be so complicated, you ask. It really isn't all that complicated, but it is your free will that makes you take a wrong turn when, in fact, you should stop and listen and learn what there is to be learned. We from Light try and help as best we can but we are not authorised to overrule your free will. We are, however, authorised to help you, if you so request.

On recent events
In the light of recent events in the world, many people have turned to us asking help.
We are glad to help you whenever you need us but we would also like to say that our help doesn't cease after the initial shock has worn off.
We offer our help for those who have departed and those who have been left behind and for those who are left with fear to face normal life after the traumatic experiences.
We want to tell you that whatever happens, you will always be looked after, if you turn to us with your requests.
We see that many people are bitter and some are blaming God for what has happened. They say that God should have prevented these atrocities. But, dear children, God is Love. He has given you free will and this is how some people use it. So, should only some people have the right to free will, while others be denied it? Yet, you are all equal in his/ her eyes. So you see, it is not God doing these horrible things, but people who have strayed away from Light.
